My research focuses on two factors critical to all successful relationships and partnerships: developing and maintaining trust, and how trusting and being trusted improves our negotiation outcomes over time.
Leadership Coaching
I support clients who want "more" - success, fulfillment, motivation, balance, etc. - but feel held back or uncertain about how to get to the next level. My approach is customized specifically for you to help you create the value you want and deserve.
Consulting
I work with individuals and organizations to improve and repair relationships, develop negotiation plans and strategies, and mitigate conflict. I will identify challenges and work with you to develop a plan to successfully navigate through them.

As a Behavioral Scientist I research the "why" behind people's behavior and as a Leadership Coach I use this knowledge to strategize with leaders how to approach and overcome obstacles, succeed, and thrive.
I am fascinated by people-what they think about, why, and how it informs their behavior. I use my research in these areas and behavioral science to empower others to be better versions of themselves.
